• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Engineering from a recognized university or institution.
• Minimum 20 years of substantial experience along with multi-discipline qualifications and training.
• MMUP / UPDA Certified.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 25 years of relevant experience in construction management.
• Well versed in the overall management of his team, Contractual obligations, time and cost aspects of the Contract, planning and executing the Works, implementation of work discipline on and off Site, various construction complexities, etc.
• UPDA Certified in Qatar.
• PMP Certified, MBA is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 15 years of experience as a Planning/ Scheduling Engineer in a construction environment.
• Well versed with Oracle Primavera Project Manager
• UPDA Certified in Qatar.
• PSP Certified, MBA is an advantage.
• Must be RIBA Part 2 Architect level (or equivalent) – i.e. 5 years academic study to masters level Well versed with Microsoft Office tools.
• Working knowledge of the following software: AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, 3D Studio, Photoshop, and MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience as an Architect.
• Bachelor's Degree in Quality or Engineering from a recognized institute
• Professional engineer with a broad QA experience in Design, Construction and Project Management.
• Management experience in establishment, operation and maintenance of quality management system in accordance with ISO/TS 29001/ISO 9000 with the capability of developing quality system, quality plans, work procedures and inspection plans.
• IRCA, UK Registered Lead Assessor, ASQ Quality Auditor or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of experience as Logistics Manager/ Coordinator in a contracting environment.
• Well versed with Microsoft Office tools.
• Fluent in Arabic Language
• Minimum 5 years of experience working as site engineer or project engineer
• Project & construction Management skills handling at minimum 50 persons on site
• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Diploma courses will NOT be considered
• GCC experience is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of project site experience in civil construction field
• Knowledgeable and fluent in written and verbal English language
• Well organized and systematic
• Minimum 5 years of Land Surveying experience in GCC
• Experience in civil contractor is preferred
• Available to join immediately
• Atleast 5 years of diversified experience in Quantity Surveying & Cost Control
• Civil Contracting experience in GCC is preferred
• Available to join immediately
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Proficient in verbal and written English Communication Skills

• Strictly Minimum 3 years’ experience in safety role is a MUST
• Holder of IOSH & NEBOSH IGC 123 certification (mandatory).
• Must have experience in Construction works
• Transferable Visa with Valid QID (MUST Finish at least one year under current sponsor.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Presentable and has a pleasing personality
• Proficient in verbal and written English Communication Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Planning / Scheduling Engineer in a construction environment.

Ability to read and interpret structural steel blueprints.

Knowledge of Steel Structure codes applicable to steel fabrication and erection.

Self-perform quality control inspections of shop fabrication which includes fit-up, weld preparations and final welds.

Record and maintain in-process and final inspection records for quality assurance and production control.

Inform Foreman/Supervisor of defects on fabrication if any.

Help and assist shop personnel with interpretation of drawings and specifications.

Observe company safety policy while working.

Coordinate work with production to identify required inspections.

Utilize CAD software to prepare detail structural steel assemblies.

Analyze design requirements and recommend changes that result in a more efficient design or offer a better value.

Work with outside architects, engineers, and detailers as necessary.

Coordinate projects with sales and production departments.

Check drawings of other draftsmen to minimize risk of error.

Provide timely responses to inquiries from purchasing, production, and installation teams.

Completed secondary level of education

Must have at least 3-5 years of the same field.

Proven work experience as a Document Controller or similar role
