Position Title:              QHSE Officer / Quality Assurance Assistant

Report to:                   Head of QA/QC Department

Job Overview

  

The QHSE Officer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing the Company Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) Management System. The QHSE Officer will be fully responsible for implementing safe systems of work and safe behavioral practices at all levels of the organization. This position provides QHSE guidance to the organization and supports the operation process in order to maintain and continually improve the safety culture and performance, in line with the organization’s needs to comply with business objectives in the short, medium, and long terms and in accordance with the terms of our various contracts and the Integrated Management System.

Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Assist in developing and administering database policies and procedures supporting standards.

  2. Assist in the coordination, scheduling, and planning of annual audits to meet deadlines.

  3. Handling the tasks of reviewing supplier ratings for compliance within established limit

  4. Assist in Conducting audit and internal quality assurance programs and preparation of team training handbooks

  5. Assist in the preparation and processing of Tenders and filing of associated documents.

  6. Conducted sales plan/ objectives for some departments

  7. Assist the Head of Department in maintaining the Integrated Management System ( . ISO 9001:2015 /ISO 14001: / ISO45001:2018 ) in each Business unit and Functions under the Group.

  8. Coordinated, scheduled, and planned annual audits to meet deadlines.

  9. Perform risk management to minimize project risks

  10. Assist in all certifications implementation in different companies under the holding company

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is preferable.

  • Minimum 2 years of ISO standard implementation and audits participation
